Transparency & Product Standards

Purchase Policy

Due to the nature of luxury hair extensions and sanitation standards, all sales are final once the product has been opened, installed, worn, or altered in any way.

We encourage all clients and stylists to inspect hair thoroughly prior to installation.

If you believe there is a manufacturing concern, Bloom and Vine must be contacted before installation or alteration of the product.

Product Responsibility & Limitations

Bloom and Vine cannot guarantee results once hair leaves our possession and is subjected to outside handling, installation methods, chemical processing, or home maintenance routines.

Any of the following voids product responsibility:

  • Coloring or toning
  • Bleaching
  • Chemical treatments
  • Improper installation
  • Improper maintenance
  • Use of non-professional products

Because every stylist technique and maintenance routine differs, long-term results may vary.

Shipping & Turnaround Times

Most in-stock orders ship within approximately 5 business days.

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may increase slightly.

Clients will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once orders are fulfilled.

Bloom and Vine is not responsible for carrier delays once packages have shipped.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Certain products or shades may occasionally be offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated fulfillment timelines will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase. Pre-order dates are estimates and may shift depending on supplier timelines and inventory availability.

Customers placing pre-orders acknowledge and accept these timelines prior to checkout.
